In New York State, how much money would you have to make in order to be in the very highest income tax bracket? That's the question posed by the WFF to a sampling of New Yorkers. The answer is truly shocking! Needless to say, not one of the individuals interviewed was even close.

Thanks for the great video post. It's so important to make clear how much current fiscal policy in New York insanely favors the wealthy and rich, while the rest of us - poor, working and middle class taxpayers - continue to shoulder an unfair burden. This would be true even if there wasn't an enormous budget deficit, but the current economic climate makes the consequences of such inequality even more dire.
